How often does your partner wake up with a sore neck or aching shoulders and you wish you knew what to do to help?
This hands-on workshop is an opportunity for couples to learn simple, practical massage techniques that they can use at home to support one another with everyday neck and shoulder tension, relaxation and rest.
Led by Cat from Bodhi Health & Daniela from Nature’s Way, the workshop combines:
basic neck and shoulder anatomy
massage techniques for the neck, shoulders and upper back
