We’ll begin with grounding movement, connect over refreshments, then enter a private cinema transformed into a deep listening space where sound, imagery, and subtle sensory layers guide you into an extended savasana.
Expect slow yoga, ambient soundscapes, abstract visuals, and a closing ritual designed to leave you restored, spacious, and deeply relaxed.
