About the event
Without our feet, we would not have turned into the creatures we are today. Yet we shove them into shoes and socks and try not to give them too much attention, in case we're thought to have a foot fettish. This attitude sees us disconnecting from what connects us to the earth. And then we're confused why our feet are sore and we feel alone...
This workshop will explore our fantastic feet:
the foot's role in evolution
importance of the big toe
foot health (fascia release, stretching, strengthening)
proprioception and grounding
