About the event

Build the Habit is about consistency over perfection. Most people feel the biggest change coming two to three times per week, and this period is designed to support exactly that - using your existing class packs (packages don’t expire).


There’s no special sign-up required and no pressure to “keep up”. Simply attend classes as you’re able, explore the weekly rhythm, and let regular movement do what it does best.


Each day has a slightly different role, so classes work together. This is a great way to gauge your progress and really feel a difference in your body and mind:

  • Sunday prepares you for the week ahead, introducing a focus

  • Monday and Tuesday ask you to work deeper

  • Midweek* helps integrate and soften the work
