Once a month, we open the studio for Social Saturday - a relaxed, free gathering where we learn from the incredible people within our own community.

Each session features a guest speaker sharing practical knowledge, personal experience or professional expertise on a topic that supports healthier, happier and more connected living. After a short presentation, we stay for conversation, questions and the opportunity to meet others in the Bodhi Health community. Whether you're curious about nutrition, finances, creativity, women's health, mental wellbeing, gardening, movement, sleep or something completely different, every Social Saturday offers a chance to discover something new.
